As a Baseline company, JOI is able to efficiently scale our operations to fit any size of project. Multiple field crews can be used on a time-sensitive project. As part of Binkley & Barfield, we can utilize their Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) capabilities, and even continue the survey projects into the design engineering phase. With offices in Houston, Dallas, & Austin, in addition to College Station, there is never a shortage of the experience, capabilities, and manpower your project needs.
